About Joan Henderson

I began my Real Estate Career in 1998. My husband, Mark, is a residential builder and needed a Real Estate Agent to list his homes - and who better to do that for him! I specialize in Residential, Vacant Land, Commercial, Foreclosures, and Estate Properties. I list and sell properties in the Macomb, St. Clair, Oakland, and Lapeer County areas.

From 1998-2002 I worked at a real estate firm in the Richmond area. During this time I obtained the following certifications: Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), Graduate Realtor (GRI), Certified Residential Specialist (CRS) and Associate Broker's License. I pursued my goal of becoming a Broker/Owner, and the owning of my own office in July 2003.

I want to meet the individual needs of all of my clients, and represent them with a high degree of professionalism and service. This has proven to be the key to my success, and I will continue to strive to do so. I enjoy working with the many referrals I have received from past clients. I enjoy collecting antiques, boating, snowmobiling and taking time to relax with my family.
